Yangarra Estate specialises in Mediterranean varieties grown mainly as bush vines. Our whole wine philosophy is built around the Estate's original, dry-farmed bush vines planted in 1946.
The wines are made by picking the grapes on their flavour, with age old winemaking techniques in open-top fermenters using only wild, indigenous yeasts, then seasoned in predominantly aged French oak. Our winemaking focus is on achieving concentration, complexity and texture.
